Return for refund (original purchase price only; shipping is NOT refundable): Within 30 days from the Invoice date.
Return for replacement: Within 30 days from the Invoice date.
Unless another return policy is indicated on the item, ALL Scent Savvy® online purchases are covered by our Standard Return Policy.

Return your purchase within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund for ANY REASON: whether the product is defective, you simply changed your mind, or are just not satisfied with the product that you received, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange OR A FULL REFUND.
Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances EXCEPT if the returned product is verified defective.
Scent Savvy® in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.
Items returned under our Standard Return Policy must include the following:
1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)
2. Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return.
3. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED on every return package. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us at info@bescentsavvy.com with your Invoice Number or Order Number.
4. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
5. The return must be complete and include all items originally shipped with the order.
The RMA number must be written on the invoice or the shipping box. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging. Except as provided for verified defective products, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse. If a replacement is not requested, defective products will be refunded for the full product purchase price. The purchase price will be credited to the method of payment that was used for the original purchase.
